Four days in the rolling hills of Ocala, surrounded by majestic oaks, open trails, and the kind of quiet that makes real thinking possible. This retreat was designed because Barbara found something at a leadership event that changed the direction of her own life: a circle of women who were building at the same level, who cheered for each other without competition, and who made her feel both seen and challenged in the same conversation. She wants to give that to you.

The LeadHerShip Retreat is built on the 5 E's Framework: Evaluate, Envision, Elevate, Empower, Execute. Every session, conversation, and experience over the two and a half days connects to one of these outcomes. You will not leave with a notebook full of inspiration you never use. You will leave with a plan, an accountability structure, and a group of five women who have committed to walking your next chapter with you.

What you will experience:

Honest self-assessment of where you are as a leader and where you are losing ground without knowing it. Sessions on your leadership operating system, how you communicate under pressure, how you build teams people do not want to leave, and how to have the conversations you have been avoiding. A guest leader fireside session. Personal brand and executive presence work. A closing commitment ceremony where you stand and declare, aloud, the leader you are choosing to become.

And between all of it: horseback riding, hiking, spa time, a celebration dinner, and walks with women who will become some of the most important relationships in your professional life.
